Eco Crafts is not responsible for loss or damage to the item after removal from the store. Their care and maintenance are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  

Exchange Policy: As these are handcrafted and handcrafted products, we do not exchange or return  of products. 

In case of withdrawal,  will be returned  the input value only if  is in the queue to start the production procedure.

Due to covid situations, some events are being intimate. 

Before closing large quantities, make sure the quantity does not need to be reduced. In the last case, the order can be changed if production has not started.

Change Policy: 

Any order data (quantity, decoration, color) can be changed before they are printed free of charge.

Only one change per order is allowed.

After the artwork or ornament is printed, any request for alteration is subject to being denied or accompanied by an increase in the total value of the order, to compensate for damages and losses of materials already made.
